A lovely cluster of Amethyst Crystals on a bed of banded Agate! It is quite unusual to have such a large piece of agate under the quartz. Collectors may recognise this combination as coming from Uruguay rather than Brazil or other locations. This piece is great as-is or would look quite stunning if the sides of the piece were polished. This is the only one we have like it.

A beautiful Vera Cruz Amethyst Crystal cluster! One of those crystals you know the location of as soon as you see it. Delicately coloured, well terminated and with some small crystals and no matrix. A collection worthy piece with great properties. Treat yourself. Mounted for enhanced display on a perspex pad. The second photo of the main crystal from the top, shows the trigonal habit of this quartz, with three of the 6 sides much larger than the other three, giving a triangular look to it.

Rare to find this geometric form of PYRITE OCTAHEDRAL CRYSTALS. A great little cluster for the collector showing another formation of this popular metal. The mineral pyrite, or iron pyrite, also known as fool’s gold, is an iron sulfide which has the chemical formula FeS2. This mineral’s metallic luster and pale brass yellow hue give it a superficial resemblance to gold, hence the well-known nickname of fool’s gold. Pyrite is difficult to photograph and this one looks way better in person and shows the golden brass colour.
