This Azurite Cluster is a very popular mineral because of its unparalleled vibrant colour, a deep blue called “azure”, hence its name. Azure is derived from the Arabic word for blue. MALACHITE LAPIDARY ROUGH
Malachite Lapidary Rough Rock ready to be crafted into cabs or pendants at your local Lapidary Club. Once this piece is cut and polished it will be a beautiful dark forest green colour, with some banding through it. It is this rich colour and banding that makes Malachite such a popular mineral. It is also a nice soft stone to work with, being a 4 on the Moh’s Scale of Hardness.

FLUORITE PURPLE YELLOW
Great clusters of lovely Fluorite Purple Yellow Crystals. There are two of them one Purple and the other is Yellow. I did not want to separate them as they look like the have similar collection catalogue numbers attached. Strikingly coloured and quite different to many of the other fluorite specimens collectors tend to have. The Yellow is 1014337 and the Purple is 1012441. The location for the Purple Fluorite is missing, the Yellow specimen comes from Spain. Stunning little examples of Fluorite with really good Cubic Crystals.
