Shipping and Returns
For shipping and returns we use Australia Post. You can now check the cost of postage at the ‘view cart’ stage before proceeding to place the order. When choosing Paypal Express the shipping calculator appears on the following screen. If you’re in Sydney you can also choose to collect your purchase from our shop during opening hours to save on the postage. Feel free to contact us if you have any concerns about postage costs. As soon as you place your order you will receive an email confirming the details. If you do not receive the email please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or on 02 9559 6737 to avoid delays in getting your goodies.
Once payment is received your item will be shipped the next working day.
You will receive a Thank You email with your tracking number. Your email will also include a small photo and the description of purchased treasures. You can be assured that we ship all over the world and the treasures will be packaged with quality protection of bubble wrap, soft wrap or even cotton wool. We’re just saying your treasure will be packaged well and you will be kept informed. You will be added to our mailing list and informed of any special deals we have going at the time and what we are up to.
Refund and Returns
We very much appreciate your business and strive to deliver the best service to all our customers. If your item is broken upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your payment in the same method it was paid.
To return an item, please send us email to email@example.com and we will send you further instruction. If the item was damaged please also send a photo and include the following information:
Your Order number
Your name and address
A description of the item you are returning
Whether you would like a refund or exchange, if applicable. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
